Our client is an organization in the dermatology and aesthetics industry with around 500 employees in various Canadian provinces. It's head office is located in Baie d'Urfée.

Main responsibilities :
  • Operate the complete payroll cycle for all employees in different provinces.
  • Manage pension and benefits processing.
  • Administer and coordinate with HR Operations the maintenance of employee data (including the preparation of detailed reports, e.g. overtime, leave balances, various bonuses and pension contribution reports).
  • Manage payroll service provider based on entries and approvals and ensure timely approvals and payments. Work in partnership with finance for payroll and all relevant payroll payments and reports. Ensure that agreed payroll audit controls and supporting evidence are recorded for each payroll run.
  • Support and participate in the optimization of payroll processes.
  • Participate in the establishment of a global compliance and audit system.
Profile required :
  • At least 5 years' experience in processing the full payroll cycle
  • DEC in administration, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • French/English bilingualism, both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (knowledge of Workday an asset)
  • Excellent sense of organization and prioritization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
