Our team is looking to welcome an HRIS expert specialized in Dayforce configuration and optimization, Workforce Management.

** This is a contract role with variable hours depending on assignments. We are looking to develop a long-term collaboration.

Main responsibilities :
  • Advise and support clients, according to their specific needs, in optimization projects and each stage of an HRIS implementation project, from selection to deployment, and make them fully autonomous in the use of their new solution
  • Participate in the planning, organization and control of various project activities, while identifying problems and risks
  • Participate and contribute to configuration activities
  • Facilitate understanding and use the methodology integrating or optimizing the existing system to the specific needs of the mandate and according to the system integrator's proposal
  • Assist and support clients in the operation of functional and parallel tests
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with clients
  • Contribute to the functional processes' revision and improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to users on existing systems
Profile required :
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Dayforce WFM optimization and configuration
  • Experience in HRIS implementation
  • Knowledge of various HRIS systems such as UKG, ADP WFN,... (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of key human resources processes, payroll, time and attendance, talent acquisition and management
  • Strong sense of initiative and autonomy
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and outreach skills
  • Agility in managing problem situations and finding solutions
  • Very rigorous, sense of organization and efficiency
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and project management software
  • French/English bilingualism, both spoken and written (an asset)
