Your mission :

As an HRIS Advisor at Komplice, you will be responsible for planning, managing and contributing to the projects deliverables, to deploy, upgrade and optimize various HRIS platforms for our clients.

Main responsibilities :
  • Advise and support clients, according to their specific needs, in each stage of an HRIS implementation project, from selection to deployment, and make them fully autonomous in the use of their new solution.
  • Ensure planning, organization and control of the various project activities, while identifying issues and risks
  • Participate and contribute to configuration activities
  • Facilitate understanding and use the methodology integrating or optimizing the existing system to the specific needs of the mandate and according to the system integrator's proposal
  • Assist and support clients in the operation of functional and parallel tests
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with clients
  • Contribute to the functional processes' revision and improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to users on existing systems
Profile required :
  • Relevant university or college degree with the position or equivalent experience, with 3 years of experience in HRIS implementation and optimization
  • Experience on one of the following applications : UKG (UltimateSoftware & Kronos), Ceridian Dayforce, ADP WorkforceNow, Workday,... (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of key human resources processes, payroll, time and attendance, talent acquisition and management
  • Strong sense of initiative and autonomy
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and outreach skills
  • Agility in managing problem situations and finding solutions
  • Very rigorous, sense of organization and efficiency
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and project management software
  • French/English bilingualism, both spoken and written.
